Signing in
There are two doors into Jua: the website, which you enter with a crypto wallet, and the Telegram Mini App, which Telegram signs you into. They are separate accounts unless you link the same wallet to both.
On the website: your wallet is your account
On the website you sign in with a crypto wallet. There is no account to create and no password: the wallet proves who you are by signing a short message, which costs nothing and sends no transaction.
What you need
A wallet of your own that works on BNB Smart Chain:
- In a desktop browser: MetaMask, Trust Wallet, Binance Web3 Wallet, Coinbase Wallet, OKX Wallet, Rabby, or any other wallet extension.
- On a phone: a wallet app such as Trust Wallet or MetaMask. Either open juamarkets.com inside the wallet app's own browser, or use Scan a QR code with a mobile wallet (WalletConnect) from your phone's ordinary browser.
Never use an exchange account (Binance, Bybit, OKX and so on) as your wallet: an exchange's address is shared with thousands of people and cannot sign for you. If your money is on an exchange, withdraw it to a wallet of your own first.
Keep a little BNB
You bet in USDT, but the network's own coin, BNB, pays its small fees: the one-time approval and collecting winnings cost a few cents each. A few dollars' worth of BNB in the wallet is plenty.
Steps
- Open juamarkets.com and press Continue with wallet (on the login page, or the wallet button at the top of any page).
- Choose a wallet. Wallets installed in this browser are listed first; Scan a QR code with a mobile wallet connects a phone.
- Your wallet shows a message to sign. It names the site (juamarkets.com), so it cannot be reused anywhere else. Sign it: this is free and sends nothing.
- The first time, a second signature confirms the wallet is yours and links it to your new account ("2 of 2"). A returning wallet signs once.
- Set your name and country under Settings. You must be 18 or over, and you accept the Terms when you create the account.
If a prompt does not appear, open the wallet from your browser's toolbar: wallets sometimes open their window behind the page.
Solana wallets
Phantom, Solflare and other Solana wallets can sign in on deployments where Solana sign-in is switched on. They cannot trade, though: orders are signed on BNB Smart Chain, which needs a wallet such as MetaMask or Trust Wallet. If you signed in with a Solana wallet, link an EVM wallet too (see Linking a wallet).
Signing out
Your name at the top of the page → Sign out. Under Settings → Password and sessions, Sign out everywhere ends your sessions on every phone and computer within the hour.
In Telegram: the bot signs you in
- Open Jua's bot in Telegram and press Open Jua (or follow a link a friend shared: it opens the Mini App straight on an event, with their invite applied).
- Telegram signs you in. There is no password, code or form.
- The first time, a one-screen welcome asks for a username (offered from your Telegram profile), your country (guessed from your phone's time zone) and that you are 18 or over and accept the Terms.
That is all. To trade with real money in Telegram you connect a TON wallet: Linking a wallet.
Email and password
Some deployments offer sign-in with an email address and a password instead of, or beside, the wallet button. If yours does: sign up with your email, follow the confirmation link, choose a username, and (recommended) protect the account with an authenticator app under Settings → Security. Forgot the password? Use the reset link on the sign-in page, or, if you set up an authenticator app, its current code.
