Users: suspensions, ID checks and account decisions

Admins see Users: every account, with filters for All, ID review (ID submissions waiting for a decision) and Suspended, a search by username, display name, phone number or email, and filters by role and country. Export downloads the list as CSV. A row opens the account's page.

The account page

  • Account: username, display name, country, role, verification tier, sign-in contacts, linked wallets (with the payout wallet marked), the Telegram account if any, and when they joined and were last seen.
  • Positions, Closed positions, Recent trades, Open orders: what the account holds and has done.
  • Ledger: every balance movement (play money, demo and any historical real-money balance). With trading from wallets, real-money trades carry no balance: the chain is the record.
  • Payments, Disputes raised, Invited (their network, and what it earned them).
  • Staff actions on this account: the audit trail of role, tier, balance, ID and suspension decisions.

Every action below asks for confirmation; anything the customer will be shown (a rejection note, a suspension reason) is asked for in the same dialog, because the API refuses the action without one.

Suspending an account

Suspend (red) with a reason the customer sees. Their open orders are cancelled and what they locked is returned. They can still sign in and see their positions, but cannot trade, comment or claim credits until restored. With trading from wallets they can still collect winnings on chain: nothing can stop a holder redeeming their own shares, and nothing should.

Restore account lifts the suspension; they are told.

Suspend for abuse of the platform's rules (wash trading to farm the leaderboard, abusive comments, suspected fraud). It is not a way to hold a dispute: use the dispute process.

Stopping comments

Stop commenting keeps an account from posting or replying; they can still trade and read. Their existing comments stay: hide any that break the rules from the Comments page, where reported comments are listed and every comment can be hidden or restored and reports dismissed. Allow comments lifts it.

ID verification (KYC)

Where a deployment asks for IDs, a customer uploads a photo of a government ID from Settings; it goes to private storage and the submission appears under ID review. On their page:

  • View ID photo opens the document (logged in the audit trail).
  • Approve ID moves them to the ID-verified tier and its higher limits, and tells them.
  • Reject ID with a note of what was wrong, shown to them ("The photo is blurred; the name does not match"). They keep their tier and can submit again, up to five times a day.

The tiers, from packages/core:

TierNameMeaning
0UnverifiedA new account. Telegram-only accounts start here (Telegram shares no phone number) and need nothing more: the Mini App moves no money
1Phone verifiedSigned in with a wallet or verified a phone or email
2ID verifiedA government ID approved by staff

The daily deposit and withdrawal limits these tiers set belong to the vault model, where Jua held customers' money. With trading from wallets there is nothing to deposit or withdraw, so the tiers mostly record identity. An admin can also move an account to a tier directly from the Users list (KYC tier), audited.

Roles, balances and commissions

  • Role (Users list or Staff page): Admin, Resolver, or back to a customer. You cannot change your own role, and the last admin stays.
  • Adjust balance (play money): credit or debit an account's credits with a note. Every adjustment is a ledger entry and an audit row. Analytics counts it under Credits paid to customers.
  • Switch commissions off / on: an account that abuses the invite programme can have its commissions switched off; it keeps its network, and earns nothing from it until switched on again.

Comments on wallets

A linked wallet is the customer's own; staff can see it but never change it. A customer who lost their wallet has lost their shares too: nobody, Jua included, can move the coin behind them. What support can do is confirm what the chain shows.

Telegram accounts

A customer's Telegram account (username, language, whether the bot may message them, their TON wallet) shows on their page and on the Telegram page's People table. See Telegram.
